Shipping Costs
Shipping costs vary by product and are calculated at checkout based on the shipping method selected.
Processing Time
All orders are made to order and require processing before shipment.
Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days. Processing time includes production and order preparation.
Business days do not include weekends or holidays.
Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery
Shipping times shown at checkout reflect carrier transit time only and begin once your order has been processed and shipped.
Estimated transit times after processing are as follows:

Standard Shipping (USPS): 2–5 business days

Priority Shipping (FedEx): 1–2 business days
Shipping upgrades affect delivery speed after processing and do not reduce production time.
Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.
Delivery times may vary based on carrier delays, destination, weather conditions, and seasonal volume.
Delayed or Missing Orders
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact our support team at support@goodseasoncollective.com so we can investigate.
Orders marked as delivered by the carrier are considered delivered. Carrier claims may be required before a replacement or refund can be issued.
We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
Returns and Refunds
Returns, exchanges, and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy. Please review that policy for eligibility and timelines.
Personalized, custom, print-on-demand, clearance, and health or wellness items are final sale unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or with a production error, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We will replace the item or issue a refund at no additional cost.
