Return & Refund Policy

At Good Season Collective, our products are printed on demand and many are personalized. Please review the policy below before placing an order.


Personalized & Print-on-Demand Items

All personalized and print-on-demand items are final sale and cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged once production has begun.

This includes items with custom designs, names, dates, messages, or other personalized details.

Please review all personalization and sizing details carefully before placing your order.


Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or with a print or production error, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your name, order number, and a photo of the issue.

Approved claims will receive a replacement or refund at no additional cost.


Non-Personalized Items

Unworn and unwashed non-personalized items may be returned within 30 days of the original order date. Approved returns are subject to a 30% restocking fee. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.


Health & Wellness Items

Health and wellness products are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.


Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled or modified within 12 hours of purchase, provided production has not begun. Once production starts, orders cannot be canceled or modified.


Shipping Issues

We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, reshipping fees apply. If the package cannot be recovered, a 50% store credit may be issued at our discretion.

Orders marked as delivered by the carrier are considered delivered. Carrier claims may be required before a replacement is issued.


Clearance Items

Clearance items are final sale.
